PS...I've been teaching professionally for 20 years and I've seen dick-heads come in, try and puch or kick everyone- they're crap and frankly don't last very long. Also, I personally can't stand instructors that attempt to impress/intimidate students...you know they're not very good when this happens! Blackie...look at some clubs, make your mind up, but above all...enjoy your training, what ever style you find. Good luck Rob (A very tiny man )

I see what your saying...however, there's still a big difference between being able to take a pasting, or thinking you can take a pasting to actually having genuine fighting skills... Some people who start in martial arts and get treated badly tend to sod off and it can be a shame!

Hello everybody I'm having my UK Brakes put on next week OEM Discs, OEM Calipers, Goodridge Lines, Motul 600 Fluid, Hawk Fast Road Pads, Front & Rear fitting kit & Front Shim Kit Everything arrived together, except a rear shim kit... Do I actually need this? Your advice welcome, as always

erm... I meant that Guinea pigs depreciate! it's a well known fact! btw, I wish I'd got another run-around just over 2 years ago when my one got set on fire...I put 40,000 miles on Supe in that time. Just bought a £700 diesel now..so 2 cars if you can afford it, albeit a cheap one

Going with a few mates and taking mine. Got our Campsite, Grandstand and General Enclosure all for £127 p/p Thursday-Sunday. Travelling down to Boulogne on Wednesday evening. Coming back Monday morning
