Cheers D8MOA for lending me your van and helping me with the shocks on Friday mate. The car won 'car of the show' at the Jap Mids show on Sunday so people must like the way it looks, sits and hadles, lol Also put in 3 photos of my engine 12 months ago, cannot believe it is the same car!

I may give them a bell, cheers;)

My vin plate lettering (black) is starting to fade big time, just leaving the black metal indents on the plate itself. Has anyone ever tried to refurb the lettering, etc (and I don't mean changing the plate to read a 99 vs 93 car while they are at it or welding in a new one;))

The car was imported in by Paul Whiffin with under 40,000 miles on it (the car is still one of the cleanest I have ever seen). total mileage now is still less than 40,000. Not sure when they were swapped over or uprated in Japan, but I would say they have around 20,000 miles on them. I even changed over the rubber dust jackets and had them overhauled when the car came to the UK, so they are in good nick. Cheers.

What a muppet I was the other day I was using a halfords black paint can, near the supra while it was on the drive. Took a look at my car today and I have a few tiny spots of black paint on the wing and nose, where the wind must have just caught some of the overspray. The black paint has dried beautiful and hard in the sun /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_angry.gif /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_angry.gif What is the best way of removing the black dots without removing my blue paint!?

Changing out my Bilsteins tomorrow for a new set of coilovers that have arrived to my door. I think my car 'sits' really sweet on these lowered billy's, if you want the same treatment for your car take a look in my garage give me a pm Cheers Neil
