  1. May pop down after the 11:00am meet at JCT 8 of M11 on the same day.....
  2. I am going to come along - I have been intending to come to a Surrey meet for some while.
  3. Cheers fellas, so it sounds like I can replace any of the standard hoses, bar the brake cylinder, but will have to take off the hose ends to replace them? The brake cylinder hose I may be better to leave alone if the ends are crimped.
  4. I am looking to replace my standard brake cyl' hose clips and other ancillary clips with Mikalor ones which I have spare. Do the standard clips come off the hoses without removing the hose end iteself, or do you have to squeeze them off the pipe end before they will come off?
  5. Lovely day for a drive today, so I am going to turn up for sure tonight. Hope to see a few new faces turn up as well
  6. I fully intend to don't you worry about that;)
  7. Cheers - I am changing out the brakes to a big brake kit and the inlet manifold (relocating the battery to a custom box in the boot), then that is it for the rest of the year. I have only had the car 11 months and it was fairly much standard when I got it, so most of the time I have owned it, it has been worked on, rather than driven and a car like this needs to be driven hard!
  8. Cheers Paul (Whifbitz) for sorting me out a new Fluidyne rad, Greddy pulley set, silicone hoses, custom fabricated power steering reservoir and Power Enterpise lower belt at a very reasonable price. Also, cheers to Colsoop for helping me with a great price base plate, that I then tweaked and trimmed to mount my Nos solenoids into. (The full engine bay picture only shows an 'in progress' base plate).
  9. That red supra is for sale on http://www.titanmotorsports.com at $115,000 if anyone fancies it! (why oh why do 6 speeds singles fetch such big money in the States, but we get peanuts relatively speaking here for the product, such a shame) Also there is a full spec sheet of the car, magazine links and a load of extra photos....
  10. The dials are mounted into a flat carbon panel, via the standard dial attachers from the back. The panel is then actually fused into the angle of the lower glove compartment, with holes to the rear for the dial wires
  11. I am running boost and AFR gauges, around the standard dials, dash mounted and plan to locate an EGT in the last remaining dash air vent.
  12. Agreed! I think I need a co-pilot maybe;)
  13. I am 6 feet 5 and 19 stone, so I could see gauges in the passenger footwell, let alone the glovebox mate
  14. I thought I would have a go at making up a gauge pod for the lower glove box. What are your opinions on it? (positive or negative?) I think it ties in well with the interior, but it is always get opinions from a wider audience. The photos taken were at a pre final positioning / wiring of the gauges stage. Plus I have since re-straightened the edging I used.
  15. Daman I am going to go with a supradibs gaiter for sure as I know they fit great. I also do like the momo handles (I have a Momo wheel and pedal covers so it is a logical choice). I will try and scan in a photo of the US handles which I am trying (all be it badly!) to describe, to see if I get any joy (as I would prefer that to a momo). However if not, I will probably go Momo, or may even just change the gaiter. Cheers
  16. Because it matches my leather trimmed interior and roll cage and looks the nuts. Mate if you can't say anything helpful, say nothing. If not keep punching at your own weight and stick to buying that huge spoiler;)
  17. I am having a Fluidyne installed on 7th Feb. So I no longer have a need for my standard radiator (which works fine and is in all round good nick). I plan to leave this standard radiator at Whifbitz for collection, so if you do need a replacement / spare radiator, give me a shout. The radiator I am selling is on view in my garage, but I won't have any post removal photos until after the 7th Cheers
  18. I have seen on a couple of US Supras with billet ally handbrake handles. I am sorry but I don't have any photos. They are literally a metal tube, that looks like they have been spun and turned via a lathe. I was thinking one might look good next to my Trust gear knob, with a black leather gaiter, to match up with my leather dash, etc Can't seem to find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one, have one or what the hell I am even on about?
  19. I will pop along. Nice to see someone making a big effort to pull a meet together, well done mate
  20. Any updates? I would be on for a Bluewater meet for sure.

I like the rear spoiler, but the rest isn't for me;)
