  1. I am looking for a reasonable turbo timer and harness (used is fine) that someone would like to sell me (payment via Paypal preferred). Give me a shout (photos of Timer would be great)....... Thanks
  2. I agree with Hoff - the photos are much better than those in Jap Perf' And yes, it did take hours and hours - I was verey bored by the end of it The funniest was when they do the speed shots via one of those cameras that makes you look like you are doing a 100mph, when in fact you are rolling backwards off the hanbrake with 3 scaffolding poles stuck to your car! I would think they may airbrush out the poles as well for the shoot before anyone comments on them
  3. They airbrush out all the other tags apart from the big yellow one. They don't leave it like that for the magazine! Normally the photographer chooses the location in advance.
  4. I just updated my garage with shots from a recent mag shoot we did. Although I have only added some low res' shots of the exterior I am really pleased with the results;)
  5. Free normally does the trick! I think it will be the same as a UK pillar yes, fairly sure the colour is the same. Yeah it is local collection lol - Those trims are about 2 feet long and bound to get damaged in the post. I am right on jct 28 of the M25, so not far from Herts at all... Pm me when you want to do the swap. Cheers
  6. I no longer have any need for a Greddy (single gauge) door pillar mounted gauge pod in mint condition and door pillar trim (so no need to try and mount it - already done). I will swap this £0 for a standard Jspec (must be mint) drivers door pillar trim. Local collection (Essex) please (Brentwood ideally)
  7. I think one of the great things about the Supra is that you take many modding styles to it, be that subtle or wild, and they can look fantastic. The key is doing them well:)
  8. I agree re the photos! Also, generally speaking there is a strong move to a more (dare I say it!) VW influenced subtle mods scene in Jap Tuning now (mods you have to look at twice to notice, etc). Like it or not, that is the way things are going.
  9. Apart from SupraJames, who took some quality photos, loads of people were taking shots, but I cannot see any of them in multi-media or any other forum for that matter? It would be great to see some more photos from others (Lui, etc) (I now stand to be corrected and find that they already reside in a link or post, that I have not noticed!.........)
  10. Cheers Dish, I mean Fish:) I look forward to catching up with you at the Pod this year. That car is a beast you have! Was good to meet you and Movistar. Had a great evening.
  11. Well done Lui - great night! I reckon a spring / summer meet like the one last night would be spot on.
  12. Chris it is great to see you happy and excited about the car! you are now on the slippery slope of modifying for sure! When your wallet has stopped smoking, I think face-lift headlights and a new exhaust will look great! I believe those photos were taken by KR before the mop / polish, which has lifted the original bonnet and roof sections greatly. It will be good to see it in the flesh at the Ace Cafe!
  13. Nice spoiler and bodywork mate! Colsoop is right - Toyota emblem has holes - Toyota badge doesn't.
  14. I am running MOs just fine with my recaro speeds (previously I was running Bride recliners on the same frames)
  15. I noted the car in the readers section. Well done mate, always a buzz to see your own car in print.
  16. I am selling my engine cover that has been sprayed Mazda Starry Blue. Looks great on any blue car, or another colour car that has blue dress up elements to the bay. The front of the cover has been cut away to show of standard or modified cam gears.
  17. Mate a pre-nup is not legally enforeable in the UK. It is not like the U.S. here so signing one only shows 'intent' and isn't really worth having legally, if it came to it.
  18. Unmarked rear seat for sale (both back rest & seat cushion) in standard, J spec, black vinyl. if you rear seat is tatty you want this one! Really helps to lift an interior. Local collection only.
  19. I will take £30 for local collect / Ace Cafe collect. The finish is smooth - no patern......
  20. I am selling a bling turbo heat shield that I no longer have use for. It bolts to the manifold side of the block on a single thread (so 5 minutes to fit). It will brighten up a turbo cold side, will help a little with heat spread and will fit any small up to quite large single turbo applications. It was on my GT4088 with room to spare. Light, so cheap postage or will bring to Ace Cafe on 22nd Jan if payment made in advance.....
