What sort of accomidation do you want? the Forular 1 on the docks is about £25 a night. It's clean and ideal for rolling in at about 6 for a couple of hours Kip. You want a couple down the docks at Blue and Baby Creame then into town to News and Mojo's etc before getting into Garlands for a cracking night.

I hope Rob appreciated it too:) He's put so much time and effort into the car, a real shame for him:( Unfortunately needs must, what I'm after doesn't come up very often. Not thats it's an important part.

Personally I really like the autobox but the best advice would simpley get out there and test drive as many as each version as you can before making a decision.

Great to see everyone again and to meet a few new faces. I had the pox just after easter this year. I'm 29. I didn't see the big deal the first couple of days:rolleyes: Then I really come out in them. No sleep for days and 3 weeks off work:blink: Its not the worst illness in the world but a really nasty bloody thing to be fair, knocks you about for a bit. Camomile lotion was a PITA for me. I would certainly look on here matey or contact Jurgan for info on having one imported. The for sale section at the moment has a good few cars including TT's with in a £6.4k budget. Welcome to the club by the way:)

Maybe, the TT auto box in it has done about 75K km so I would have thought its still good. But I'm now pretty sure having done the full conversion, including the TT auto box, it's more likely to be the lack of T.C.. I will also have the wiring around the fuse box in the engine bay double checked just in case. But thinking about it, it really is only happening on WOT which I think does indicate the lack of T.C. If that is the case I will get a stock T.C. unit and have it switched off. I'm just after getting this little issue out of the way. I dont imagine harm has been done to the engine or the box as I've not done many miles with it really like this. But obviously I need it sorting before something does get damaged.

Just had a little thought... As I have never had traction control and have a TT auto box, could it just be the harsh changes I'm feeling?
