  1. That's the water bypass pipe. It has 2 o-rings in it as I said... 96761-24023 That's the number you need. Should be around £2.50 each 16343-46030 Get that as well, that's the gasket for the water elbow that you are taking off. Should be around £4.
  2. Ahhh.. you haven't met. Swampy.... Abz.... Abz... Swampy... Keep in touch, all will become clear. What's that on your heel mate?

    Conspiracy theory

To be fair the statement is based on structural engineering including the integrity and melting temperature of the steels used in the building. It isn't based on trial and error or what has happened in the past. Cold calculations say it couldn't have done it. Jetfuel doesn't burn THAT hot without compression. I don't take anything said at face value but there are a lot of facts that don't add up.
  4. It's a bit of a pain to get the waterpump off but looking at it I don't think that's where the water is coming from. It's most likely the upper elbow. All you need to do is drain some coolant out of the system (a couple of litres is plenty) and then it's a few bolts and a couple of coolant lines to take it off. There will be a gasket between the head and the elbow and I think 2 little rubber o-rings to go over the black pipe between the waterpump and the elbow. That's the first thing I would try if it was still sprinkling water
  5. Doesn't look like much to worry about to me. Clean it off and see if it comes back. If it does there are a couple of seals you can replace, not expensive or particularly difficult
  6. Don't say that, people will want to start talking to me.

    Conspiracy theory

If it was on a runway that travelled backwards at the same rate as the plane was propelled forwards... would it still have taken off?
  8. You won't need to worry... 1. You don't get any further than the length of an average driveway before stalling to a halt. 2. You never get any actual speed so it would take the might of a demolition ball to put you on your roof.
  9. I've seen that picture before, I can't quite put my finger on the reason why but it just feels like there could be a bit of product placement going on. It would be great to gather up all this fail and have a really really big hall of fail with fail of the year awards and everything like that
  10. It's rather sad that I need to point this out for you, but otherwise you will never get it and David will just extract the urine from you all night Einstein pointing to his head....... thinking. Ejector seat..... Ejector seat Meerkat...... Simples. Put them all together...... I've thought of a solution, the car could use an ejector seat to get out in an emegency..... simples.
  11. This is serious, now don't call me shirley.
  12. When people say Mr T they are talking about Toyota bud. Someone else in the family borrowed the braincell today?
  13. Cheers mate. I wouldn't recommend putting any red in your car if you don't like it Waiting on your expertise and input mate.... what's the holdup?
  14. I wan't to laugh at you, but I can't figure out if you are being serious or not.
  15. Looks lovely mate, well done Oh and ditto on the tat bits. It's free to take stuff off your car btw
  16. Stole a couple of hours to get some things finished off... I bought a stubby kit hub from JP. It really looked the part but unfortunately with the Supra, fitting it means you lose the horn (ooeerr). I didn't fancy that so I decided to fashion my own brush contact. Took a little bit of messing around but I'm pretty happy with the end result. I also fitted one of the ebay short quick release hubs, absolutely cracking bit of kit. Took a little bit of fettling due to me using 2 short kits but other than that it went on great. Feels absolutely rock solid when the wheel is on so I'm over the moon. You can see the edge of the contact I made here... I then finished off my coilovers, look pretty good if I don't say so myself. 2 down, 2 to go
  17. Decent tyres and a high stall. Probably an easy second there. Maybe even 1.5 depending how you are doing currently.
  18. From what I remember they were running in parallel. This is where the hassle comes from as it's not exactly easy to pair up an sc and a turbo lol.
