  1. Forgive me if I am wrong, but weren't Kevin Huntley, Jamie P and Robbie all single? With Kevin and Jamie being manual and Robbie being auto?
  2. How can they quote a figure that is index linked and tax free to cover just his medical costs when no one would ever know what the cost will be next year, let alone for the rest of his life? addition to annual, index linked and tax free payments to cover the costs of the 24-hour care he will need for life. I quoted what is written, exactly in the article.
  3. I had a V160 manual aerotop big single precision 6262 with 600 BHP that I daily drove and did dragonball in a few times. Clutch wasn't a nightmare, no idea why people say it would be. Reliability was not a problem. Power was immense. No BPU supra could keep up, just watch many of the videos on Dragonball or Jamie P for that matter. Driving it was amazing, thoroughly loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat, without a doubt.
  4. "The boy will now receive the lump sum payout in addition to annual, index linked and tax free payments to cover the costs of the 24-hour care he will need for life." That £37 M is to spend on whatever he wants as all care will be paid for.
  5. I have just sent a message, so hopefully it gets updated I am just an events moderator and don't have the power
  6. I was thinking the same thing, perhaps the title should be changed on that thread to MKV chat and updates as it isn't really obvious at the moment.
  7. To all those (6 of us) that purchased tickets through the club shop, this should now be refunded. Cheers guys
  8. What deal are you thinking? PM me if you want as I am quite interested once my Supra shell goes
  9. I used to have a Yamaha TZR 125 and it was a great bike to ride. This would be to chill and have some fun if I decide to go back to bikes lol
  10. Oh shut up! Not one comment here is making anyone look bad, the company has done that themselves. People, or nosey c*nts, as you put it have responded to the OP's list of events. For someone who knows 100% more than anyone here sure talks a lot of shite
  11. I could be tempted for a bike lol
  12. Wow! So if you export a car back to mainland UK, for example, you get the VRT back?
  13. Are these the air diverters you are after? http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/toyota/supra/body-kits-styling/shine-auto-project-3480.html
  14. Tempted, awaiting pics. What's VRT? I am UK and don't think I have heard of that.
  15. No, the contract is with the company, regardless of who leaves or starts working there, it is the company. it is as simple as that.
  16. Well I just sold my GTE engine with 850cc injectors, Precision 6262 turbo, manifold, downpipe and exhaust with some bling and carbon bits for £6K. So yes, whilst spending £5K on a rebuild will give you a complete refreshed engine but it is a lot of money. If it was me, I would look for a second hand engine and fit that, then strip your current engine and try to find the fault. It is swings and roundabouts though.
  17. Wow £5K! I would buy a second engine and fit that. Then strip this engine in your own time and work out what is wrong. You can either rebuild it yourself slowly or strip for parts and get some money back. But a second hand engine would be the cheapest option for now anyway. And you don't need to take the supra engine to a supra specialist. It is just an engine, nothing magical or special about it, it is an engine that follows the basic rules of engineering.
  18. I’ll have a dig through. We didn’t have much this year to be honest. A small gazebo, two fridges and about 7 cars lol
  19. Hi mate Yeah next year, fingers crossed will be much better than this year.
  20. To be fair, the kit has been out a very long time now, so wouldn't be hard to replicate at a reasonable price.
  21. I love my TRD When I get a new supra in a few years, I will look to do the TRD again.
