She is very reliable and has just had a brand new clutch and flywheel fitted and oil/filter service costing over a grand. Had her Cam belt changed when she arrived in UK and im the first owner. full back interior with factory body kit including skirts and rear window visor, not often seen. DEFI Guages, Greddy FMIC, etc.Full BPU.

Ok, if someone takes it straight away (so I dont have to MOT/Re-insure etc) I will let it go for 7k. Thats a Black TT6 BPU. Must be quick sale though, or I'll end up changing my mind once its takes and insured for another year.

Guys, its MOT time again, and I'm about to move back down to London. I think this time, she will have to go. Update on Spec, just had a brand new clutch and flywheel with oil service dont by ash. Alloys a bit curbed around the polished lip. 1 of the plastic headlamps is going yellow. Happy to sort the alloys/headlamp etc and MOT etc for the right price. What should I be looking for?

I wouldnt touch it, when I was younger I looked at one, came back the same on HPI. on closer inspection, the car had had its identify changed and god knows what else. Plenty of cars about, find another.

Just stick them in the oven on a lowish heat for 10 mins, to soften the sealant, then pull the lens off, polish it up, stick it back, hey presto.

Best of luck mate, but I'd think about the insurance and running costs, I think a turbo model would be out of the question at 17 for most people, but maybe an N/A would be doable. Welcome to the club.

I got a used one somewhere, if I can find it you can have it, I fitted a brand new one, but it made no difference, so I'm guessing its fine. Easy as pie to fit.

Keep it, and buy a cheap run around. My son is 10 and still fits in the back

Just thought I'd share my experience with this garage as the service is excellent. I asked Ash to fit me a new clutch and dual mass flywheel I was on a tight schedule, Ash arranged it for me at short notice and stripped the car down waiting for the clutch to be delivered. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong one, so Ash personally took me home and brought me back again to collect it. I drove away today with my car feeling great, she is really smooth and lays the power down much better now. I spent the time while they fitted it asking questions and they happily answered and showed me all the work they were doing, explaining each step, this was great for someone who's not a mechanic to understand what is actually being done. All to often these days you dont get that personal touch, its nice to go somewhere where the mechanics have a passion about the car they are working on and give friendly honest advice and good service. So, big Ash and Little Ash, and your apprentice, great job and thanks very much. I hope to put more business your way in the nearish future. I hope you can have an open day sometime soon for all the club members Phil
