  1. I'm sure that I do not speak for just myself here in that YOUR contributions add value in areas that others can not. Simple as that! There are many who just read this board and benefit from what others have said but, do not always say thanks. Just my 2p
  2. Sorry Nathan, I was not implying anything here I just remembered seeing the ZR19 on the rear rubber. I stand corrected
  3. Pete, this could be a dumb arse question but, I'll ask anyway..... When running the HKS unit as in the photo (with stock air box) did it work OK ? i.e. apart from the function of venting was it loud enough ? (I assume that the stock air box only affects volume of the stock bov ??)
  4. Nick, Looking at this photo close up it reads 285/35 zr19 to me http://www.astra-gte-mki.co.uk/images/mates_cars/sb_supra/pic00007sm.jpg It's the last pic on that site.
  5. Matt, I'll PM you with the info that I have. Pete
  6. I would not count on it Matt! - (Unless you already checked ?) I'll check up for you but, I'm sure that you have to inform the person that you are recording the conversation, otherwise you can not use it.......unless you are part of the Government etc.. As I said, I'm not exactly sure but, will find out for you. Have you ever been on the phone (on-hold) and the recorded message sometimes states that all calls are recorded for training purposes etc.......training, yeah right! They want the exact facts to cover their arse when things go wrong.
  7. I have not had this but, would be well pi$$ed if I found out! I always clear my Peak settings on my boost/EGT gauges before it goes in and make a note of the mileage when I park up. Not that I don't trust them or anything.......
  8. How did it go Beany ? Did you get any pic's for Gaz, I'd like a look too
  9. Had my fuelling checked by CW on his Motec while on my hols and it did need a slight alteration. All happy now Thanks Chris.
  10. Paul, do you have a list of the traders who will be out and about on the day ?
  11. Nice one Steve! Did you have that famous Supra grin on your face ?
  12. Will do - I still have a good depth at the mo.
  13. Good enough for me as I will be going from Yoko AVS Sport to S02's (If I can get them - NOT) so, S03's when I get through the AVS's. Thanks for the feedback.
  14. That would be good we can all laugh together.
  15. Gavin, Can this be fixed if you keep the stock BOV and have the new one fitted to say the Hard Pipe just after the Throttle body ?
  16. I did wonder how the lights worked on the day..... http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/drag_racing_basics/drag_racing_basics.htm
  17. Steve, For the Nur see here: http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/merchant/blitz_mk42.jpg & http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Templates/frmTemplateH.asp?SubFolderID=205&SearchYN=N
  18. Steve, I can not remember the price......it was good though! I went out with Mark Ayling before I made my mind up and we tested the Hiper with and without the baffle. I did not want to by a Hiper if it was TOO loud and I could not live with it. I know that Mark has never used the baffle and I did not buy one.....didn't need one :flame Dev No complaints from my neighbours but, I do not take the pi$$ on my own close.
  19. IMO the Hiper is slightly louder and looks a little better at the rear, that's why I have one But, the Nur does sound good and is full S/S all the way. I guess, not so much in your face as the Hiper. I have not had any clearance problems but, I do have a stock suspension. Not much in it, in my view. I did get a very good price from CW for my Hiper. If you want to know how I felt following the upgrade see here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4127&highlight=hiper It have before and after photo's
  20. Paul, I see that this has been mentioned in the JAP Performance mag for the last two months running. I think you will have a big turnout
