  1. Cheers - There will be a metal to metal contact for the nut & bolt to the caliper as there are some metal jackets that fit over the lugs, shown here which, I have ordered some new jackets too. So, it's just the jacket to lug on the back side that will be masked with the paint. (since the front side will have new Bushes) I guess your going to tell me to remove this painted section too on the back of the lug OR will this be OK ? Thanks Chris.
  2. Which bit Chris.... A or B area ? If it is A then I am alright as I have ordered new Bushs, the part highlighted. If it's B then arse! Whichever bit, is this so you have a nice smooth *flush* coupling when they are back on ?
  3. Will this still take place if the winds are so strong ? http://www.meto.gov.uk/lib/includes/fsssi/city/ipswich.html 160+ MPH in the car and then get a side wind blowing The wind speed is dropping for Sunday but, it's still there... Let's hope if drops a lot!
  4. Will get them painted and logo'd up this weekend.
  5. Here are the above items back from CW's now all clean
  6. I just re-watched the Super2nr twins with their SOOP DAWG build and they to say to use a non synth oil for the first 1500 miles then you can switch to a Synth oil. They did not talk about what grade though. HTH

  10. I'm sure JB posted up some pics a while back of jap/Export side by side.
  11. Toyota charge ~ £90-100 for this.
  12. Not sure if this is any good but, I guess you could not use this on the soop as the V belt loops over the water pump anyway and so, a new shorter belt would need to be designed ? http://www.daviescraig.com.au/ Costs are sub £200 for both pump and controller in the UK. What do you think ? is this cr@p or is there any benefit ?
  13. hahaha cool I used to do this on my very first car, you would get a pen that had the white paint type stuff and just go over the text on the sidewall. You had to re-do it around once a month for it to look fresh and new. I too loved this, I must of got it from the TV too, prolly off some american cars or race cars ??

  17. Nope - scrap the 76187-14010 and use 93567-14512. As I say, it's not very clear to me so, you need to check when you order. HTH
  18. Hi Paul, I would double check these part numbers but, it will give you a start at your local Toyo dealer. For the Air intake you need x6 as shown here: Part no # 76187-14010 For the Clip for Hood insulator #90467-08124 I'm not sure how many you need but, I would say at least 10. HTH m8
  19. Car won't be ready so, can't go Maybe next year
