I just hope it's worth the dosh, I paid ~£250 for the Zymol dream. Fingers crossed Neilsons meets the criteria below to the letter

Oops - It is not intended for Glass, I just wanted to get across that there is no white dust associated with most off the shelf stuff in Halfrauds etc.... so, if you smudge over it's no biggie.

Sorry T, I'm not slateing Neilsons, my car was very nice when done with it, I'm just looking for something more...... The clouds reflection is not a good example - my bad! It's the depth of the finished car which is different and I hope after a couple of coats will give me that glass finish I'm looking for but, we will have to wait and see if *this* Zymol wax can do this for me ?? Early indications are very good Zymol do various waxes starting at £40 - £5,570 so, I guess it depends on which wax you have seen ? Neilsons wax was also rated very well by the Toyota bodyshop Manager & his pait guy I expect the pot of wax to last 2-3 years as you say T, you only use very very small amounts.
  4. I had the HKS R-type FMIC fitted back in July 2003 and on the way home from CW's my Air con cooling power was very much reduced....or you could say it was not there at all I thought that the cause was the FMIC was blocking the air flow and heating up the air that did get through to the Aircon rad but, the FMIC was only part of the problem. Since getting the car back the AirCon is as strong as ever, I have had a new rad, a new Aircon rad, it re-gassed and the FMIC put back on and it works A1 now So, my thoughts are that the FMIC install only highlighted that the Aircon rad was on it's way out or maybe it just needed re-gassing ?? IMO I'd say that it was the Aircon rad that was duff as most of the other coolers were on their way too (SMIC, Diff Oil cooler, normal rad etc....) but, wat confirms this too me is that the ride up to CW's the AC was fine so, that's what I think anyway. So, if you get a FMIC and the AC goes duff then, don't blame the FMIC it could be that the rad is on it's way out. My rad was 8yrs old so, well ready to be replaced I guess. HTH

I forgot to mention that there is ZERO dust too You can put it on your window rubbers, bumpers, glass....anywhere. I do have a little white dust still on the car rubbers, creases but, this is from the Neilsons/other stuff they had tried along the way.

Well, I had the garage wax the car in the Neilsons Gold and she came up very well but, I am very very happy with the results of the Zymol wax after only one coat. I just need the rain to hold off now so, I can give it another wash and wax. Here are a couple of pic's but, there is crap blowing off the tree in my garden so, you can see a couple of specs here and there.

  13. I take it that, that pic is after a session ? The middle of the rims look grey (Brake dust ?) as opposed to the nice black on the CCW website. I too would be interested in why the 17/18 split R&F That rear tyre width looks very nice

http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=18662&highlight=zymol Following on from my post above and that noone on here has used it AFAIK I got some to test. Well, I have a new paint job and really want a VERY good finish on the black paint. I hope to be using an experianced user of this "cleaning/wax system" to do the first one for me. I'm going to be VERY happy or well out of pocket! I'll let you know how I get on.
  17. Yep, part no. on sticker. Cost ~ just under £100 HTH
  18. Here is a pic off the car (UK Spec)
  19. Does it not chip from the stones and where the paint has come off show silver/ali in colour ? This kind of put me off.
