  1. ACL list the mains as the same part number, and a slightly different partnumber for the con rod bearings. The sizes, and crank details are listed as identical, so I can't understand why there would be difference. I'm replacing the crank in my TT engine with an NA GS300 crank, so could do with knowing.
  2. I can't believe this is still here. £140 delivered mainland UK anyone??
  3. You do have a 6 speed then as the shifters are not cross compatible, and it sounds like you have a selector issue. 1st thing I would try is to sit in the car without the engine running, depress the clutch, and pull up the reverse slider, then see if you can hit 6th gear. It's possible that there's been some wear and movement in the selector shaft, or the dowel pins half dropped out or something, and getting into 6th is restricted by the safety tab meant just for reverse. If that doesn't work, I'd try being really brutal getting into 6th gear without the engine on, and if that doesn't work (which it almost certainly won't, but it's worth a go), it's time to remove the box and have a look inside.
  4. Where is reverse on your car? and do you have to pull up the slider below the gearknob to get it in to reverse? 6 speed reverse position is where it's shown on the diagram earlier in this thread, and you have to pull up the sliding bit. R154 5 speed: Reverse is where the 6th gear would be, and you don't have to pull up a slider to get it in there.
  5. Thanks . I guessed at 5/8th and it's since solved the problem . It's nice to know my guess was correct though. Cheers..
  6. Still here. I'm fed up of stubbing my toe on it
  7. I've just remembered I have this sitting around.. It's a really high quality lightweight chromoly flywheel (approx 6kg). It was destined for my project, but I ended up getting a carbonetics triple, so this is surplus to requirements. This is for the flywheel only. The clutch has been sold.. Bargain: £160 including next day delivery to mainland UK..
  8. This is a sprung swing arm with a pully, that sits in the middle of all of the other pullies. I don't mind if you have an old one as long as it's in working order. The one I have is extremely tired and doesn't give the correct tension any more..
  9. No, that's the cambelt tensioner by the sounds of it. Cheers
  10. I'm after one of these for my TT. Cheers Phil

  13. When swapping rear UK brakes onto a Jspec does the internal drum handbrake work the same? i.e is the internal bit of the disc the same diameter/depth? Thanks
  14. Can anyone tell me the clutch mastercylinder size of the Mk4 Supra? I'm having issues with my triple plate carbonetics, and Wilwood rear facing clutch pedal.
