Chanel 4 I have as my scramble mode - for about 3 seconds I think - but not on yet till I understand it But must admit then getting into the realms of incomprehension for me As I understand it the set represents the % increase in boost pickup over stock (0=stock, 100=maximum boost) the gain the % increase in boost response over stock - the manual suggests on actuator type wastegate thingies (as per us) that this is set to only 10/15% above stock I have therefore chaged mine from Alex's suggestions to the following - as I seemed to have developed a large boost spike on the BHP scale with larger settings Assuming stock boost=0.8 Ch1 Set=20% Gain=10% (giving max boost of 0.96) Ch2 Set=25% gain=15% (giving max boost of 1.00) Ch3 Set=35% gain=20% (gisving max boost of 1.08) Ch4 - god knows Have also set the speedmap setting (but may change these)- this I think only on DBCII 0-50mph = Ch1 50-80mph = Ch2 80+ = Ch3 Does this make sense - am I being too conservative in my settings? Fully prepared to be shot down - as normally steer well clear of anything technical (see 'a little knowledge' stuff below etc._ However I understand that a 25 hp kit will just not make much difference to the performance of the Soop - you really need to go 75/100HP as a minimum Also - and forgive me if very wrong - the cost looks very high for what they are providing etc Would check out with the gurus here on the board Cheers Paul:cool:

Whoa there guy Calipers can be un-seized (?) / discs can be skimmed (or new ones purchased cheaply) and pads purchased Beware - sounds a little OTT IMHO If you want a pair of front jap spec calipers - I have some sitting in my hall available now - let me know - to get you through Stock brakes @£800? These jap spec or UK spec? Brembos = £2000+ AP's = £1500+ If you want cheaper options - I got mine from HiSpec in Dartford What will fit under your alloys? Give me a shout if can help Cheers Paul

Nah - the fitting part is not the point - just getting it done at same time by 'di man' The problem is knowing where to fit the two together and the bottom single din is the obvious place - but cannot find blanking plate Is yours going well and what settings have you used m8? Looking forward to having these fitted by Diane (!) together with the RLTC! Problem is - I still have the double din original stereo to remove And... Can anyone come up with a lead on the single din blanking plate on which these Blitz pieces can fit (?) Blitz blanking plate was mentioned in previous threads but no outcome? Sorry to re-hash this one - but cant find it in search Just fitted a manual boost gauge - but not sure if it working OK On idle it falls to approx -0.7 - and I really haven't got it past +0.5 on medium acceleration How do I check - and what are anyone else's manual readings? Many thanks Paul
