  1. Make sure you have a good quality plug spanner. I had one of those cheap blue handled ones from Halfords, I put a bit of weight on with a bar and snapped the thing in half. My mate came round with an extended socket and bar and pulled it out without any extra leverage...... H.
  2. I went on a couple of these. Astons ftw all day.....
  3. I do around 100 miles every day and rarely see Supras.... I was talking to my neighbour last night and how rare Supras are, he reckons he sees loads in our street but mainly because members keep calling at mine for a brew.... H.
  4. All being well my car will be ready on Saturday the 18th of this month. My original plan was drive from Wigan up the M6 and go accross the A66 and up the A1 to Newcastle to collect the car and then pop down to Durham to see Jevansio but I thought it might be a good idea for a meet and a bit of a run accross Cumbria with any members that either want to join us or catch us as we are passing. So who fancies it? I was going to pm Tom S and see what he was up to..!! So far Jay and Ian Ian are up for a run but anyone is welcome...!! H.
  5. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=211575&highlight=seat This may help a bit. In the end I got another seat from a member on here and took the seat apart and fitted my leather seats to the working base. This is not difficult when you start. Getting the seat out of the car was the real PITA. H.
  6. Just happened to me this. The plastic cogs on the seat will be worn and the seat probably will get worse the more you play with it. I would personally wind the seat forward and undo the bolts at the back on the floor, you may get away with electrically moving the seat forward or you may need to use the adjustment bolts that under a balck plastic cover at the front of the seat, they run level with the seat runners, two small screws remove the plastic and the bolts are 10mm and 12mm if memory serves. This can be a PITA if the bolt unscrews as you won't be able to wind the seat forward without the nut coming off. In the end I twatted the thread until the bolt was permanently jammed on and wound the seat forward. Good luck. H.
  7. Erm......no.. Oh yes. 18th September if all goes well.....

    Hey Ladies

This thread reminds me of my previous company. If you left you PC, laptop or mobile unattended and not locked then you got what you deserved. I remember getting an e-mail from one of my male colleagues telling me that he'd always been fond of me..... He'd left his PC on while he went for lunch and the sales director had sent the e-mail to the whole sales team..... He also got done with the "drinks are on me" e-mail with the local pub address..... H.
