  1. Hello and welcome to the club:)

  3. Hello and welcome to the owners club:)
  4. Hello Christian and welcome to the club:)
  5. Try wex photographic or mifsuds.com.
  6. If your long term plan is to buy a new TRD diff then you`re out of luck, as Toyota have stopped making them now. As for jet washing the inside of the diff, please don`t! If you must wash it out, use an engine degreaser. If it were me I`d put fresh oil in and fit it, then change the oil again after a few hundred miles use.
  7. That looks like a cam cover bolt to me, they do become slack over time. I would remove the spark plug plastic cover and check all of the cam cover bolts on both sides of the engine. Ideally these should be torqued to the correct figure as stated in the manual.
  8. It`s wrong to kill these people, they should be made to sit on the naughty step until they say sorry. WTF do some of our politicians smoke these days!

Hello and welcome to the club:)
  10. Welcome. Glad to see you`ve bought the fastest colour;)
  11. Parkers guide lists the Supra as 1580Kg for the auto. This is not the vvti, but should be close enough for what you want:)
  12. Close, but no cigar I`m afraid. Follow the fan belt around to the lowest pulley on the front of the engine, that`s the crank pulley. I`d check your brake fluid as well, looks a little low in the picture:)
  13. I`d check that the crank pulley was OK and not delaminated if it were mine;) Paint a thin white line across the pulley where the rubber part is and run the engine for a while, if the line is still solid after switching the engine off you`re OK. If you`re going to fill her up, use only 98 octane, as it`s an import.
  14. Looking at your photo, your radiator clamp is twisted to the right. Look at the bonnet liner to see if there are any holes or dents in it, this will give you a clue as to what is fouling;)
  15. My Halfords HCB005 battery has a dud cell now and is only around 18 months old:badmood:Receipt is unreadable so probably won`t get a replacement.
  16. Welcome to the club Dennis:)
  17. I sold the car about 1 year and 5 months ago to stel who is a member on here. The car was BPU with an Apexi AVCR boost controller, HKS FCD, FMIC, Whifbitz decats and a Blitz NUR spec R exhaust. It had UK brakes and LSD when I brought it. The turbos were reburbed by CR Turbos and I fitted new rear dampers. There were no body work mods, but I did have the front bumper, nearside front wing and side skirt resprayed. The valve stem seals needed doing when I sold it and I informed the buyer of this. The car never once let me down and was serviced regularly by myself using only quality parts and fluids. If you need any more information ask away:)
  18. M629 CTR used to be my old Supra!!! There are still some images of it in my garage on here. What do you want to know about it? You can PM me if you`d prefer;)
