ive put on 2lbs which is good as im after the opposite to the title of this thread. really aching today though but got no training over the weekend and can binge, gotta love those calories i dont wanna come across as invading this thread but when you read other peoples efforts it kinda motivates me more

got this a while back and set up an email account but never actually used it. now i need to use the address ive found that theres over 11,000 emails in the inbox. is there an option anywhere to delete all the emails as a group and not individually? edit: all's good, just created a new email

as ive never been to the isle of wight i cant comment on their career centres but the one near me caters for all ages. seems strange for them only to deal with under 18's:blink:

i would seriously consider an apprenticeship. i done one when i was your age and the money wasnt great back then but they are better paying these days. from what ive gained though really brings meaning to you reap what you sow.
