i dont need to lose weight but it is entertaining reading this thread. i used to be proper scrawny until i started a gym and put in an effort to eat more than i usually cud manage. the thing that i dont get tho is that i drink yet dont have a beer belly [ATTACH]49425[/ATTACH] good luck to you all though in your quest for a lighter and healthier life im now off to dominos :-)

i got a book for christams all about house buying, buy to let, renting etc etc (not quite sure why, maybe me folks are trying to tell me something) and the rule they have in that is only buy a house if you HAVE to, if theres no desprate need to move out then stay where you are. with regards to the prices going down just remember that the housing market is an economic bubble and bubbles more often than not end up bursting.

there a nice right hand bend near me which leads into a 3 lane road going slightly up hill. all open so visiblilty is good. been practicing getting the back end out when its quiet there and each time getting more more confident. had my mate in the car the other day so decided to show him a bit of my arse end out skills only to over cook it and end up facing the other way. not so bad seeing as it was 3 am.
