  1. Right, Getting a good few PM's about this now, so will put it to rest. The problem was the actual clutch, pressure plate, the fingers that grab. Easy way to solve it, is to replace all 3 parts of the clutch, this will solve it, pretty simple. Its not the gearbox, or flywheel, engine, its the CLUTCH! Replace all will be good.
  2. ah shucks i feel that i've been missed. Back for good, now..... thanks for all the welcomes back guys, can't wait to get behind the wheel again, driving an oil burner just aint the same
  3. yup hope so bud, looking forward to building it from groud up, then adding the goodie parts. Be something special once done, and kept FOREVER!
  4. Looking at what cars are available for a high speced car with lots of power and fun and affordable the supra his the mark all the time, i fancied a GTR, as good as they are, im sure id get bored of it, fancied a NSeXr but again there 30k + for a good en. seeing tonys build being done, and other on here and FB, it was time to get another and build from groud up, SO EXCITED. Yeah tony, seen sense. well i did save for my wedding in recored time, lol so time to roll up to the church in a high powered Single, lol vroom, vroom, psht psht
  5. Im building another Supra, my 3rd and Final One as she'll be a Keeper Hodge will be giving me a Hand with it, already spoken with him about some stuff that i want done, that no one has done, and also if he can come up with some crazy idea's. I like to be different. Already bought an Engine from SRD, Engine stand has been Purchased and being delivered this week. Just a case now, if stripping the Engine fully then going from there. I thought SCREW IT, lets build the Engine round the car, so once the Engine is built, it will be a case of Sourcing the perfect car for it to be shoved in, and abused silly. Lets face it, build it, abuse it, break it, repair it, REPEAT!!! Im hoping to build a car an Engine that beats my old black car, which i should never of sold, but hey, Wedding and Stuff took over that part of my Life, now thats all sorted, i have the funds to go em a bit mad. Will see the scottish lads about at meets now, and look out for the start of some sort of build thread Geo

    hello from Scotland

welcome dude, oh where abouts, its cool to mention it
  7. i hated mine in the old car, sounded as if it was ready to fall out the box, pedal pressure was stupid, so hard, drove me nuts at biting point.
  8. im sure the new seal gets knocked in over the old one, as the old one is a twat to get out, and could perish. or is that the gear box seal, crap can't remember. anyway better caught now than when the engine went pop
  9. Defo looks too short to me? Did it come from Paul then?
  10. good meet guys, Who did the donuts ?? or is that a stupid question?
  11. i'll bring my bulging mass, as currently supraless AGAIN!
  12. Do we still class this as a BPU ++++ supra then?
  13. Geo

    Just to say hi :-)

Hello, welcome to the nut house. All applicants must be nuts :)
  14. not bad results considering a boost leak, and stock tubbies with billets in them. with accompanying mods, i can see this doing well over 500bhp. small single territory, but adding up what parts are needed even to run this, your talking 10k at least.
  15. wasn't just 5k though, 15k, or more he said. So property would be my ideal investment, or nest egg. At some point property value will increase again, just my opinion though
  16. id stick iT in property, having 3 property already, we rent two, and live in a 4 bed detached house. Tenant pays the mortgage, i make a profit per month, job done. plus at the end when you pay it off, or sell you make a huge profit
  17. 1-buy an engine 2- build the engine 3-buy an Aero car 4-drop engine in it 5-abuse car 6-pull box 7-stick 6 speed in it 8-abuse car 9-abuse car more 10- break it 11- repair it 12-abuse car
  18. aye get us some pics please dude if you don't mind?
