  1. tis ok mate! I had a heavy night last night too, so know how you feel!
  2. Damn mate, sounds crap. I'm having a sh*t day too, although managed to cheer myself up a bit by going to the Basingstoke meet at lunch - home now sorting a few bits out but in general it's ALL a bit sh*t at the moment Here's to looking to a new and better week!
  3. I've updated the original post with different pictures, updated spec (few bits I forgot about!) and revised the advert text so it's easier to read.
  4. Hey All, Thought I'd post up as I had to leave early, but THANK YOU to all of you who came, and are probably still at the pub Was great to see some new faces - 10 cars in all I think! Shame it's probably my last meet with a Supra, but I'll probably still pop along to the next ones even if not in a Supra! Have a good rest of the meet folks
  5. Oh, and I'll assume we'll meet in the car park outside blockbusters again, so that's at the front of the shops.

  7. Well I'm up after a heavy night out, still hoping to go, although not got much petrol! lol
  8. probably a no-go for me either. Not 100% sure yet tho.
  9. hehe - bored with bling. Like it - quite catchy really!
  10. Cheers mate. OK - We'll cap this thread at the 38 names that are present now. Would everyone be happy with this if I was simply to supply the extension piece, with Burna supplying the bracket? The amp is an autoleads part in a generic roof aerial available from halfords (although more expensive) - these are on ebay here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=160271626412&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:VRI And the S2000 aerial on ebay here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Honda-Civic-Type-R-S2000-BeeSting-Aerial-Genuine_W0QQitemZ280255838081QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item280255838081&_trkparms=39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A1%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&timeout=1218833278187
  11. On another note - I've actually managed to take the car out and test the aerial a few times. The reception is pretty good - however - I do seem to lose radio1 more than I'd expected - I seem to get a good reception on the local channels, but I thought Radio1 would be a stronger signal??! Still definately better than the windscreen aerial IMO, but not as good as standard.
  12. Sorry folks, I've had some rather major issues here at home, and subsequently you will see my Supra is up for sale I'm in a bit of a situation, because I cannot afford to buy all of the bits up front for the kit. However, seeing as the only bit people really need me to supply is the extension piece, I will speak to my Dad and see if he is able to make up 40 of them, and then we'd sort something out for this GB. The GB hasn't been fully approved - only this "feeler" thread, so I'd need to sort that too. Basically - the breakdown is as follows: (Prices are not 100%) Bracket from Burna - £6 each all in Extension piece from me - £10 each all in, possibly cheaper (not sure yet) Aerial Amp - £8 each from ebay S2000 Aerial - £8 each from ebay So I could tell everyone which suppliers to use for the bits required, but I know I'd not be able to afford buying all the bits and then selling them all in a kit form. Sorry for the waffle - I've been really busy and got sidetracked - not something I'd planned for
  13. I'll be there - car will still be in my possesion I think
  14. Took the car out for a drive tonight as I needed to visit someone, and I must say it is going to be VERY hard to see this car go I loved the drive, cruising on motorway, a few back roads.... Anyway - looks like some serious interest from someone now, so the car could be going abroad. Will keep everything quiet at the moment, but I'll see how things go and if/when deposit is received I will update this ad. That said of course, if anyone else is seriously interested speak now, or you'll miss out!

    Friday Jubblies

Been thinking the same mate, but I've not really gone "fishing" yet to find out...
  16. looks very similar to my cheaper golpher rad, albeit black. Looks nice in black
  17. Here's mine: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=158473 You didn't specify manual/auto, or aero, so I thought i'd show you the link anyway. May be of no interest, but it's there anyway
  18. Ed - I thought it was "tail-in" flight, not "in-tail" flight lol... only messin' Agree totally with the rest though - I've been flying for about 6 months (real) and probably around a year on sim, and still only just progressing on from tail-in - now trying it with the heli at 90 degree's to me... it's tricky! Grounded now though with a dead Lipo battery, and no cash to get new one at mo
  19. 3 channel is a bit limited TBH - 6 channel is where the real fun is had, but you won't get one in that price.
  20. Well ebay auction finished without any real decent bids - nevermind. PM me if interested - and we'll go from there.
  21. Thanks mate. Unless it sells on ebay in a few hours time when it finishes, it looks like it could well be heading overseas as well. A couple of interested parties who seem to be interested in the Supe.

    Indoor Cats

I live with 3 indoor cats (not the other way around) as my ex owns them. When she moves out she'll take them with her. 2 HUGE cat tree's, take up most of the spare-room. 3 litter trays as well. Love 'em to bits, but being black long-haired cats with beige carpet is not a wise choice, and it's a lot of work to keep the place tidy.
  23. Yeh I know mate - but with no car it'll mean I'll have to be out car-hunting to find a replacement pronto! But yeh - Si has already offered me a lift, but it's probably only a 10 minute walk for me, so I'd just be being lazy lol
  24. Well no further progress on the car sale, and assuming the weather isn't really crappy I'm sure I'll be there, even if only for a short while.
