  1. No mate, that's just people booking the Ashford Travelodge for Thursday night.
  2. I'm up for a super hero fancy dress thingy on the Friday, be a good laugh.
  3. I have the same boost controller and I'm a uk engine, my settings at the moment are:- for low setting, 30% set, 1.15 bar, warning 1.3 bar, 10% gain, 10% limiter, and for high boost, 30% set, 1.2 bar boost, 1.35 warning, 10% limiter, 10% gain. Hope that helps, though as already said it does vary from car to car, take it out then give it some WOT ( in the correct conditions) then check your peak boost reading to see if it's doing what you want.
  4. Well done John, some sterling work gone in to this already, I shall be getting my tickets paid for as soon as they go up. Cheers
  5. Always great entertainment from you two, I love seeing "the also entered" disappearing in your rear mirror, good stuff.
  6. Could have been a major problem with second turbo, or he was trying to fit a boost controller, or go TTC and got fed up half way through either and left it, it really does seem very weird. As I say, try to match it up to a good TT, if that's no good then get in touch with a garage that knows Supras.
  7. You definitely need to get next to another TT and compare the vsv and hose set up, if your exhaust gas control valve isn't working then you wont get the 2nd turbo to come on line, plus it may effect the way the 1st turbo works, if you look in the tech section you will find some good pictures of the turbo's and all the vsv/hoses/valves. Just checked its in "FAQ's and guides," then "Technical reference & FAQ's" and the thread is "The Sequential system" by Ian C
  8. Had to check for time off, all sorted, saving the funds starts this month too, I'm in.
  9. Thanks Ellis, that will be a great help, I think its a good idea that you and John have come up with over these, well done, it's just such a shame something like this is being poorly represented by club members, I'm frankly shocked by the numbers.
  10. JB, I had a go at loading the itn zip files on to my TomTom and I think I've lost everything that was on my computer down a "wiggly wire" somewhere, have you got any post codes that the uninitiated could just put in the "navey thingey" just in case we get lost.
  11. 1. Branners 2. Havards 3. Burna 4. Robbieharley 5. SteveR 6. Listy35 (Meeting at Elan Valley Visitors Centre) 7. Wile e coyote +1 8. Pixelfill (all booked and every intention of coming, but Supra is still in garage for crank pulley replacement, may end up coming in Fiesta and bailing early) 9. BOB B. & Trisha 10. We should be getting to the Travelodge around early teatime on Friday.
  12. A Superdragger would look good, and I agree they are one of the best sounding, but they are like rocking horse shampoo to get a half decant one, I have a nur spec and it seems to fit pretty well with my trial. I'll stick a pic up tomorrow.
  13. H, like the new Avitar, very quick and on trend.
  14. You've changed, I'm sure you used to have blond hair. Well done to you and Ibrar for a fantastic turn out

    Leaky calipers

Yes I've had it, I have UK brakes and sometimes they split on the casting at that exact spot, especially if they have been over tightened, if you have the car up and you get under the rear of the calliper and shine a good light on it you can see it seeping out the crack. It could also be the washers so see how it goes after new ones have been fitted, fingers crossed.
  16. Bayston Hill Travelodge all booked up for me and "wifee" for Friday.
  17. 1. Branners 2. mr lover 3. Drift_bear 4. tooquicktostop 5. Listy35 (meeting in Brecon) 6. Supramanuk 7. SteveR + family! 8. BOB B + wife 9. 10.
  18. I think this is standard fit for a UK but I can't figger why, I'm trying to avoid removing the bumper if I can help it, bit of a work up with the auto spoiler, just can't understand why UK's are like this and imports are not.
  19. Get in contact with Chris Wilson he does/did a good replacements for the side mount IC, and you can run a 400 plus BPU car with no problem with a side mount, it does save you a lot of hassle and work, and you really should keep your active spoiler but try to get one of the kits that gives you full manual control of it, if you have it down all the time and the car is your Daily drive you will catch it on things.
  20. I posted a thread on Supra chat a few weeks ago about replacing the standard UK radiator (with built in auto box oil cooler?) with an after market radiator and separate auto box cooler, which I now have. I have taken a few things off the car to start this, I followed the pipe work and the confusion for me is:- I have a line running from the gearbox to one side off the radiator, another line coming out of the other side of the radiator which then runs to one side of another cooler in front of the window washer bottle, out of that cooler and onto the other point on the gearbox. It seems to me that the oil has either two coolers (the rad and the one under the front passenger wing) or is one redundant, also if the UKs have this set up why do I need to fit an after market cooler, can I not run the lines straight from the existing cooler to the gearbox. Any help on this before I start removing the bumper to find a spot to fit my new cooler would be very helpfull. Thanks.
  21. Thanks for all your help and advice, I think what lee says sounds like logical advice and I supose he should know, I think when it comes I'll take the bumper off and have a good look.
  22. Yes, maybe not if he only wants 1 bar, I just heard talk of fuelling probs at 1.2 or upwards,
