Sounds like starter motor replacement is the first port of call. Had very similar issues before with them.

Just call Greg at Pro Tuner and book it in there for a new map and fitting the stock ECU. You can't go wrong with him, but he will have at least a 3 month wait

Presumably when you collected it from the garage it wasn't a proper cold start, hence why it may have run ok? Is there any reason you havent taken it back to them? Have you looked at the AEM logs?

The parts are in good condition, the air vents are eminently usuable if the colour is right, otherwise will need paint clearly, I havent cleaned the dust off them but they are in VGC and have been stored in my loft for a few years. Hockey sticks, 3 very clean, 4th one has a slight mark on iit (like a 1mm deep circular score) near the fixing hole, easily sortable when they are painted but I like to be honest with description. Not sure what clips are present, but take it as none. Just about to sell a set of these, sidepods and 4 hockey sticks. Checking what the consensus on a fair price is? Side Pods in excellent condition, hockey sticks are fine , would suggest recolouring due to fade though.
