I refuse to line Sky's pockets, I pay them enough without being ripped off more when the only sport I would want off Sky is F1, with having to have a sports package too, no way. Dunno what I will do when C4 stops broadcasting F1 in a year or I think it is. I know Sky has to offer a free Channel, but doing a media blackout till then decide to show it. Might look into this IPTV.

Sorry to have to say this, if the £1k includes some sort of hard copies or album etc then £1k is an absolute bargain for a photographer. You might get one to come out and snap away for a few hundred then it is down to you to print them etc, but not many like to do that as printing the stuff is where they rip you off make their money.

Agreed, I have sold one thing on it, the little ones car seat in my car. Was barely used and it sold in 20 mins. But me contact buyers is a different matter.

The latest one that is dire, is Facebook marketplace. Some of the adverts on there, at the end of the day you are trying to sell something, put some effort in.

It can/could be done on a budget. Will probably take you a long time to gather the parts. However it would probably in the end be cheaper and quicker buying a new kit, as 2nd hand parts are a gamble. If it is worth doing it is worth doing it right. As you could end up paying for it in the long run. Other thing to bear in mind, parts are not getting cheaper for these cars.

Exactly, there are after market ways to reduce your emissions on diesels by a fair bit, but there is no incentive in the UK for this. I cannot see any way to appeal your emissions to get cheaper tax. Anyway, GLWS, sorry for hijack.

I have said it before, get rid of blue flags to spice things up. It is racing, earn their crust. I think it was LH that said it couple of weeks ago, introduce more pit stops, with refuelling to make the cars lighter, even though it is racing it is still a team sport.

Have you called your insurance company to ask, you know, the experts? They will tell you prices as I would assume each insurance company has a different set of conditions for age, car, etc etc but I ain't no expert.

Would doubt it would be rust, are they not all pure carbon fibre, no steel or alloy used in body panels apart from nuts and bolts and engine & running gear. (I think). More like a wrap gone wrong?

Looking for recommendations for car detailers in South Yorkshire area. I bought a new car and being black it has swirl marks, also orange peel effect. Generally I would agree as that is where the main sponsorship in around, also where racing is done. But taking F1 history into account, it has been diverse. Rather than him worrying about being the only black F1 driver, women F1 drivers need to appear on the grid.
