Beautiful. These are the guys whos advice finally got me through my Throttle Position Sensor problem. I've said it before, I'll say it again....under £15k for a '99 TT VVTi ??...Manual, with low miles ??? Shit on a depreciating stick:(

He just reconnected via a vga cable, didnt need to go in through safe mode. He was suicidal, but hes happily bazookering aliens again...

EDIT...thanks to you too Geneb:) Thanks for that:) He beat us to it....he reconnected via a VGA cable and the screen is back. The TV is HD ready, but as you say wont display more than 760 I think. Hes got it almost just right at the moment running 1280 x 720, and he seems happy enough. Kids eh:d

Yes it was...mixture of pride and total relief. No word of orders yet, but we have sold four pre-show. Er no I havent...do you think JBs noticed yet ?

My son has been installed back at Uni. and connected his new PC up to a 32" LCD TV. The PC graphics card (ATI) has twin DVI outputs, hes connected the TV (DVI input) via one of them....he wasnt happy with the quality of the picture, and I think hes changed (within the ATI cards set-up menu) the 'plug and play monitor' to a 'default monitor' and restarted the computer. Now as soon as the Dell front screen comes up, there is a 'no signal' message and the screen is blank...hence he cant get back into the ATI set-up menu. How can he sort this ? Any help, as ever is appreciated.

Love it Signs can be useful too.... An example....We have to design our boats so that visibility from the helm fulfills certain criteria (ie you can see almost 360 degrees around you from the helm). Unless its a small open speedboat, its impossible to comply with this legislation....but if we put a sign in the wheelhouse saying 'Warning, visibility from this helm station is restricted and does not comply with ISO xxxxx' then we are legal again !

Its all good. Lovely looking concept, probably a good move using the basic design for a Jag rather than a Ford. I suppose its hard to define brand itentities when all the good stuff is being styled by a guy just down the hall... Shame Toyota / Lexus didnt borrow him for a week or two.

They did didnt they. Prices were strong too in those days. Trick is to repay the loan faster than depreciation....in my case they were neck and neck for a while:)
