This has happened only after all my boost mods eg. downpipe, Boost Controller. Do you think it has to do with fuel OR something?

I hear a weird short 1 sec sound like {metal buzz} that comes when I floor my car gradually say on 2nd gear between 5000 RPM TO 6500 RPM I can also feel the viberation in the accelerator pedal. There is no loss of power! Also when I floor on WOT this sound does not come. Help pls!

Does one need a fuel computer if running boost of 1.2/1.3 bar boost? If so which aftermarket ECU's are available with fuel maps to about 2bars boost? Preprogrammed ECU's. Senario 1- Considering you run a single turbo with 720cc injectors will the aftermarket fuel map be able to handle fueling for single turbo with large injectors. and Senario 2 -Could it also be used with say a stock turbo with stock injectors running 1.3/1.4 bar boost? Will fueling be accurate?

Kakimoto has a full titanium exhaust that weighs only 4.4kilos called the GT1.0Z! I have asked them if they have it for the supra will know soon. Pretty reasonable too only about 600USD! http://www.kakimotoracing.co.jp/

I get such a kick at 4k on high boost Its scary! Almost lift off the pedal to control the car as the rear wheels break!

Senior~Syed are you serious? I was under the impression that it was pretty loud almost close to the other two. Man if your right I'm changing it pretty soon! I want a really loud and agressive sounding exhaust!

Supposedly the most aggressive sounding exhausts in the market are Tanabe Racing Medallion along with the HKS Ti {Titanium} Race series. I am using the HKS Priest 4" SS and would like to know how it compares to the above two exhausts?

The Turbo wastegate outlet on the jap spec is 2 3/4". I installed this size custom down pipe along with a 3" HKS midpipe and a 4" HKS Priest exhaust. I have not had any boost creep. Without the Profec B switched on I am able to hit max boost of 1 bar.

Hi! Nic, I have a TRD clutch - single disc/pressure plate fitted just 2 months back and I have done quite a bit of thrashing on it. It runs perfectly smooth and feels a little harder than standard but grips like amazing. Since you are in Hongkong I suggest you buy it from NewZealand as I bought it from TRD NZ. Yeah my friend India's only core strength is in IT, Communication and Research and Development so the government is going all out in this area as you might know we are getting killed in manufacturing with cheap chinese goods{labour cost again lower} Although right now there big impetus on precision engineering components like for automobiles, and mechanical/surgical instruments as we have a lot very skilled mechanical engineers thanks to you Brits who imparted that skill in the old days. One particular business which is growing phenomenaly are call centers growth of 360% annually for the last 2years !! Sorry for going out of topic soo much!!

yeah! It is pretty hot about 27C. So I guess aviation fuel is OK cause I dont have any cats on. Dude are you serious about where Bangalore is? It is in India and is the I.T Capital also we have the highest concentration of software companies after silicon valley. Every big US software firm operates from here and have their bigest R&D facilities after the US in Bangalore, also now we have the call centres for service companies around the world and do a lot of back office work for banks, insurance etc..

Oh! I forgot to mention about this! Yes the warning light it the REV meter is ON now due to the fuse not being pulled. I just tried everything to get rid of this damn red light which was quite irratating. So I finally removed the dash and pulled the bulb out. Ta dA! no more Red light-

I am going to wind down the boost to 18psi and use some aviation fuel 100 RON but just one thing Is it Ok to run on aviation fuel as I am told it is leaded? Will I feel the difference with this fuel immediately? I mean can you tell the power increase or is it just minimal and good for the engine?

I have my active spoiler down permanently as I like the look of it down. It definately looks a lot more aggressive. All you have to do is hit the down button when you have the ignition light on and then pull the active spoiler fuse out at the drivers side fuse box which is located behind the lower plastic dash {behind engine hood latch}.

You think the spark plugs are not able to take the additional boost? Im using the stock platinum ones what happens when the spark plugs dont deliver a good spark or get too hot? Do you think it could be the quality of the fuel? Running 87 octane fuel as this is the highest available here unless I use 100 octane aviation fuel which is really expensive and hard to get. Don't understand answer regarding solenoid valve the profec B spec I have is brand new.

Hi guys! I need your help with this I have a greddy Profec-B spec boost controller installed and When I have it on high boost at about 19psi there is a weird drowning {grrrr} kinda noise coming from the engine while the engine revs on full throttle up to the 7k redline. But on lower boost at about 15psi it does not make this noise. I don't have any idea what this sound is and why it comes only on high boost. I have had my plugs gapped down to .026" to handle the extra boost as it was jerking and backfiring on high boost earlier. Appreciate your help.
