Bite Advice

Recommended Posts

Whilst cleaning the Civic on Sunday evening I was bitten by something that looked like a flying ant. Not a mossi thats for sure. Possibly a small horsefly?

Anyway I now have nice big red bite mark.. only problem is my entire ankle has enflamed and I've having trouble walking on that foot now!

Anyone have any good tips to help reduce the swelling? :(

Antihistamine (if you're not allergic) and get yourself off to either A&E or your GP in the morning. If you do have an infection, they can, I hate to say travel up the leg if you get my drift. I hope it's only a mild allergic reaction but best to have it seen by a health professional asap.

Doug I know mate. I'm gonna see what its like in the morning and get down the doctors if its no better, tbh it feels like my foot has enflamed more since earlier today. Maybe it would be better to rest it up in the air or something rather than sitting/standing?
