Havard
hi there thinking of joining the supra club lol just wanted to know is there any power differnce between the 5 speed manual and the 6 speed manual cheers No!! The only power difference will be based on engine specification ie whether either 3L N/A or twin turbo or single turbo variants. H.

Faye
its a 5 speed maunal twin turbo i was looking at but wasnt sure if there were any diffrences from the 5 speed to the 6 speed cheers If its a 5 speed TT then thats more than a bit wrong. The TT only came with a 6 speed or auto as standard (or tiptronic).

Faye
think there are a coupke of 5 speed TTs about, CJ was selling one a while ago..... They aren't standard though!!! Which means someone has done some weird tinkering which would always make me be a bit more cautious about a cars history.

letmeshowyou
Ratio's better or otherwise, the 5speed box isn't capable of reliably taking anywhere near as much power as the 6speed. Personally I'd steer well clear of a 5 speed converted TT.
