Thx for your time today Doug and scaring the shit outta me with that first bend in your sup.

 

looking to get them tein basic setup but may try the rear upper inner bushes on the top arms as well.

oh yeah got the grill fitted as i caught a pheasant on way back to witney fooking daft bird

 

It could be any of the rear bushes, joints, dampers, wheel bearings, etc. causing the problem.

 

I would first try running without the spacers on the back and see if that cures the problem. If it doesn't, then I think you need to get the car on a ramp and have all the suspension components thoroughly checked over.

Looks like i got lucky with this i took the car to the garage where i had the tyres done and bitched about the handling and stuff as i had had a fulls service done there.

 

turns out Tyre pressures were wrong on both rears only 26PSI they popped em up to 36PSI and im a Happy Bunny :)

Mine is not tire pressures, nor tires. I run 34-36 all around, have experimented with all, been through 4 different tires. I don't have spacers, but I am on lowered suspension. I'm also on 18s and mine is a TT, so it's not an NA only problem. I keep hearing all these different things that may be suspect. As soon as someone narrows this down, please let the rest of us know. Do you notice the problem more in the wet? I do. That's when the car does it most, in the wet, driving in a straight line, and almost always when I drive over a painted or uneven surface or crack in the road.

I have now identified this rear steer problem as coming from the rear toe link rods being worn. I have fixed it by renewing them on 3 cars now. There's a screenshot form the EPC showing them with part numbers in another thread. J-Spec Germany: I reckon this will be your problem, too. It's very easy to be fooled into thinking they are OK, it takes the sort of loadings only driving can reproduce to get the things to move.
