Torque IC leaving me with half an engine and then in May, bolts came lose on the flex plate and I ended up needing a new crank, flex plate and a Jun rod. Be warned 6 Jun rods cost 1400 pounds or so and to get just 1 matched up to old set cost me £700...Never again:Pling: But thats in the past. Gary and the boys at GT Art have put a lot of time into this car and tried out a few new things along the way. I have to thank them for all of their hard work. I'm sure with a good tune/tyres you could get into the low 10's! you could be right but to be honest i won't run lairy boost and will not be on drag diff or drag suspension but yes the potential will be there. I will be using the same street et's as you think i'll push the car to around 700bhp and 650 ft lb of torque maybe a little more but that is the first aim but like you said it will have more in it, what time i'll get who knows late 10 would make me very happy. will you be in the mkiv team at totb robbie you'll be a great addition to the team i feel Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought the best car there was the white mk2 escort with the cossie engine, a real work of craftsmanship. The pic of two white UK soops were taken a few years ago at the stock supra shootout day. Back when mat had his red auto. I'm going to try for 1.6 bar next time on road fuel I think. Next year I will go with race fuel and remove any lose items from the car.
