Daston
Hi guys Thinking the long term here. After getting my engine sorted was toying on the idea of a wide body kit (TRD in particular). Was thinking of the "where do you see your supra in 5 years time". However how hard is the thing to drive/park with it being much wider? wkdtime
TRD widebody isnt as wide as some of the other wide bodys, IMHO its the best one to go for...be very wary, you get what you pay for.

LeeT
was thinking of the Miami GT replica those guys are good for there replica's anyone had any experiance of their wide body ones? i dont think Miami gt widebody kits are made by Pauls usual bloke. im not saying they are good bad or indifferent though. Find someone who has bought and fitted one and question them. Albundy or Envy have both had this kit done
Pig
Im not a huge fan personally. What about looking at a different one. Could be nice to be different!
D3xt3r
I would prefer the Top Secret GT300 kit.

Pete
I think they're terrible - especially on aerotop manuals.

Sub_Culture
Ive only seen one in the flesh, and as nice as they look in pictures, they dont look much/any wider than a standard Supra in the flesh to me. But like Ive said, Ive only seen one. If I was spending that sort of money on a widebody, I would want it to look wide!!! Andy

Andy i thought it was just me, i dont think they look that much wider than a stock supe either. Muffleman
No I don't think they are much wider, pretty sure they're no wider than the wing mirrors so if you can get through a gap with your wing mirrors open, you'll be fine in a TRD. Lovely kit tho
Gaz Walker
Our TRD kit rocks. We've supplied 4 now and they are all fantastic quality. Its only 2" wider. The TS Kit is much bigger - 8" at the biggest. Even the genuine kits are a lot of work to fit mind! Gaz.
Jezz
Dont have a clue who made my kit?!! Fitted alright though.

absz
here's a pic of a slightly wider bodykit:d
Pete
Piss off. lol I love the kit if finished properly. I don't like to see the rivets and bumps where the filler hasn't hidden the seams properly on the rear arches though. It's the only wide body kit that doesn't look like you're trying to hard IMHO and looks almost OEM (as you'd expect really from TRD). Pete
surely the TS kit isnt 8" bigger either side? I would think that's in total. 16" extra width would be quite phenominal.

I've seen some kits that look ok, until you look closer. Bumps and dips everywhere. The guy fitting mine is excellent with fibre glass, and from what i've seen its going to look perfect! He didnt rivett any of the kit on, just sticker flexed, then screwed, then ground the screw heads off and blended it. The rear arches look ace.
