So i emailed him and he said he will ask abflug why they sent me the ugly ones. Now i emailed him back saying will i get an exchange or refund and yet he has not replied, what action can be taken apart from me leaving a bad trader rating? From the sounds of it the guy gave him all of 10 minutes to sort it out before flying off the handle. The trader involved whoever it is has already said they'll exchange them for the correct ones.
