Guest Rays the roof
Went to POD week ago and ran 14.038 @98mph (see attached). Only got two runs in on the day and other was 14.15. Think this is the fastest in the country..... Spec: For - Single decat, trial exhaust, custom induction kit and 100 shot of NOS! Against - No interior trim removed, approximately 5 kg of engine bling, 45kg boot install (including NOS bottles 1 large and 1 small) and 12 kg heavier bonnet due to scoop. Intend to run again in a few weeks with weight removed and hopefully run sub 14.0, which will put me amonst stock TT's looking at the figures! RedM
That's nuts. Well done, Sir. Dread to think how fast you'd be running without all that in the car.
Pete
What's a good reaction time? I see 0.8 on Rays and that's sounds slow at first thought, but how does that stack up with pros?
Class One
Well done Ray you must be well chuffed. Do you still have your nos vented through your bonnet?
Guest Flat4_ire
18s will hinder it big time man, a set of 16s with proper tyre choice WILL knock time off that for def!!

Would have thought it would hinder it TBH m8! 17's should theoretically spin up faster??

Guest Rays the roof
Changed bonnet, removed install rear seats and passenger seats, but left 18" alloys on and shaved a bit more time off..... 13.73, 13.73, 13.73, 13.73 @101 mph Boy do I like NOS.... Had a couple of runs in Ian-R's car T60? single and took a few mm off his tread at the burnout...... Cheers Ian!! PS before Colsoop tells all, I am even running with Nankang tyres......LOL!
