JamieP
science plan dried food and the odd can butchers......just because they seem to like it oh and about 20 bones and pigs ears a month:D
Steviekid
Any commercial dog food will have everything your dog will need in them, although dry food or a mixture of dry and moist can be better for keeping tartar down a bit. Prescription or specialist diets can be great if your dog has a certain condition that they are geared towards and sometimes aren't that much more expensive if you work it out, but I wouldn't use them for the sake of it. Ian R
It depends on which route you want to go wet or dry ??? My vet swears by chappie wet food say although it is cheaper it os good. Gives my dog "chum bum" though so he is on dry. He likes a change and gets bored of the same one. He loves Frolic but normally buy a different one each month either Royal Canin Iams or Bakers. Royal Canin is very good
Muffleman
James Well beloved. Used to give him Tripe etc but he LOVED the stuff, couldn't go near him when he was eating it. He really liked the well beloved kibble tho, just didn't get possessive over it !

Supragal
I'm not really asking what I should feed my dogs specifically, just wondering what peoples thoughts on the brands were. For example, the science plan one is twice the price of Iams/Pedigree/Bakers etc, is it really twice as good? If so, why would anyone ever buy anything else? Or, Iams test dog food on dogs, like lab tests (and I don't mean the retreiver kind) do people not buy brands because of that etc
Jake
One can of "Butcher's" tinned food mixed in with lots of "Oscar's" dry dog food. Twice a day. Plus lots of leftover human food.
Gamer
Skinners 20kg dry cubes and Chunky tinned. Reason why I get it is because it is cheap. Keep in mind that I am feeding 8 medium to large sized dogs. I used to only purchase pedigree brand but that was when I 'only' had 1-3 dogs....
