Simon K
Morning Gents, I have a 96' JDM Mkiv tt Rz Auto. How can I tell if I have a lsd rear diff ? or if I dont ? On my pajero I have a sticker on the door pillar, is there a similar thing on a supra ?? I remember reading that there was a sticker on the diff itself, but this may of dropped off. Any other way ?? imi
Also check whether the VIN plate corresponds to your car....when I was shopping for a Supra out of 10 cars, 2 VIN plates did NOT match up..

Jake
How would you do that? Compare the chassis number on the VIN plate with the number stamped into the body
Soonto_HAS_soop
Think that some of them where even saying that they were aeroflops and autos, when they where in fact hardtop 6 speeds etc. i.e. not even difficult to tell.
Supragal
Someone said on here before that that seemed to be quite common. No-one could explain it though!!

Jake
From http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/specs.htm : A or B = Ring Gear Size (A=138mm, B=145mm) 01 or 02 or 03 = Differential Ratio (01=4.083:1, 02=3.769:1, 03=3.267:1) A or B = Differential Type (A=Std diff, B=Torsen LSD) Edit: Terry beat me to it
