stevie_b
My manual NA can be difficult to get into gear when cold (especially 1st and 2nd gear). After a couple of minutes of driving, it gets much easier. It's been like this for as long as I've had the car (1 year). The clutch doesn't slip though, I've tested that. Is this a common problem? If so, is there a remedy, or is it just a "feature" of the W58 'box? Thanks, Steve
Supragal
It's true of the TT's for sure.
Ian C
A nice fluid change in the 'box would help, apart from that enjoy your tough-but-agricultural gears -Ian
Chris Wilson
Clutch isn't freeing fully (clutch drag), it may adjust, it may need replacing... I can do this if you want, not far from Stoke, which is where I am assuming you are based?
