I dont think I've ever owned a car with 'legal' number plates.. Not from size or font, just down to the drama of having postcodes and stamps on them from a supporter... Why would you go through the hassle of digging out your logbook and insurance or whatever it is your required to show, to then travel down to the shop and wait about for a plate...?

 

EBay. 2 seconds, job done.

 

Unless he was selling plates that cant be read or in an illegal font then i don't see much of an issue personally..

What actually caused the fire? I thought it would have been the front end that went up.

Split a stock plastic fuel line that runs over the tank to the hardlines. Hit the exhaust and up she went. I was driving when it started...

 

These 2 lines were the only parts left that were stock and I was due to change them in 2 weeks when I was fitting the new diff. ( diff has to come off to remove the tank so I was going to kill 2 birds and all that jazz)
