Brian888
Does anyone know if these are stock TTE wheels or have they been painted at some point? They have a sparkle effect in the sun. Cheers
j_jza80
They've been painted

Brian888
Thanks, considering having them painted as they really don't look well on a silver car.
j_jza80
Get them done in black with diamond cut faces
Brian888
Yea that was what I had in mind although the local wheel painter is charging a fortune for diamond cut face.
supra_ufo
Get them done in black with diamond cut faces http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u97/Walswebworld/Worthing%20and%20Shoreham%20Airport/SupraGZLancing126.jpg I used to think these look wank but they look awesome on Iky's car, he has diamond cut like the pic
j_jza80
Gunmetal with bright silver faces will probably look nice on a silver car, and be much cheaper than diamond cut
Angarak
I think in stock form they are diamond cut with anthracite paint. They look great on a silver car done that way.

Spunkmeyer
Gunmetal with bright silver faces will probably look nice on a silver car, and be much cheaper than diamond cut +1 Also Diamond cut is prone to damage to the lacquer and the whole wheel is buggered then as it blisters underneath. I shifted mine on after doing 3 different wheels at £120 a pop over the 3yrs I used them
ashloys
"Cobra Customs" do diamond cutting reasonably local to you dude. Could try and price them? I'd personally go for paint though. As others said it'll be a nightmare to maintain.
Brian888
Yea paint is much cheaper option! You staying on the road for winter Ash?
ashloys
Yea paint is much cheaper option! You staying on the road for winter Ash? Yeh dude my car is on the road all year round, albeit I'll probably drive it far less over winter! It's barely been on the road over the last year getting manual swapped etc anyways. It's away getting my twin turbos replaced atm! New set of Enkei RPF1 wheels just arrived too
