Koenigsegg Nurburgring crash

Looks like it flattened the barrier and used it as a ramp, is there no ABS on these ?

Like a pleb gawping at a stately home I just perused the sales blurb for these things. Seems they have Bosch Motorsport ABS, which is mappable from extreme intervention to turn it off mode, from what I recall working on a car with it some years ago. I think you can have a knob to twiddle if you want, too.

What do you make of these new 'cam-less' engines that Konigsegg are developing? :)

They seem to be putting an enormous amount of R&D into it, so they must think they're on to something :)

It sure looks like the way to go with poppet valve technology, but I reckon a while before it's production ready. Thanks for the link, I'll watch the video later, just scanned through the text. Fascinating stuff :)

Crash was just after the foxhole corner/ compression, the factory reckon faulty abs sensor and that they weren't going for lap records yet,

Listen to the thing 1360 bhp!!

Sounds nice, sounds like traction control working as it accelerates out the corners
