Yes mate that 20 mm core plug had a hole in it.

Put car back together, but I think I screwd the timming right up. car wont start now. I removed the distributor as I was going to replace the oil seal, then removed crank pulley. Not the besy thing to do.

Whats number one on the dizzy.

I am sure there's a drawing of the plug leads positions on the dizzy cap in the wsm, otherwise I can take a picture of the rotor arm at number one on the missus"s car when I get in from work tomorrow if that helps?
