mull1986
Hi Guys and gals, I was wondering if there were any way of telling the difference between pre and facelift rear seats if there is such a thing? I ask as I'm in the seat re trim group buy and my car is pre facelift yet my front seat are facelift installed by a previous owner and I'm not sure whether which one my rears are, need to check as I'll be paying for new cover shortly. Many thanks in advance peeps

Nic
The J-spec rear seats are the same fitment on all years according to the EPC.
Abz
I have owned both pre-facelift and facelift and the rear seats were the same. Similar vinyal material. The only different ones I have seen are the cloth facelift seats in the rear but very rare you'll see one.
MattP
From what I understand all the pre facelifts came with Vinyl rears and cloth fronts with the option of Genuine leather fronts. All facelifts came with cloth rears instead of vinyl but again the option was there for Genuine Leather Fronts and Vinyl rears Note: The rear seats are exactly the same in cloth or Vinyl I swapped my vinyl pre facelift ones into my facelift car no hassle
