Noz
Does anyone else get flutter really bad? I'm going to do a little schematic later of my vacuum circuit, to see if I can understand what's causing it and if it could be a problem.

Noz
Yea I like it as well, but was worried about life of the expensive turbo, I mean 350 quid is alot for a turbo I'm running a BOV, it's a blitz dual drive. It flutters then fully dumps after letting some pressure out. Ive tried adjusting it doesn't really make any difference (maybe not adjusting it enough). I swapped the BOV for another one to see what the difference was and it didn't even dump just fluttered constantly. I've had well over 7000 miles and it not any different from the day I installed it but thought it was worth looking at as I'm replacing all my hosing anyway. Dan_Turism0
my mates T61 NA-T does have a lot of flutter even with a SSQV There's lots of argument about flutter and turbo life......my basic understanding is that turbo flutter and compressor surge are 2 completely different things, the latter being the more fatal to turbo life
dr_jekyll
CW says a bov wont improve turbo life . so imho that makes it fact

-Welsh-Stealth-
All turbo flutter for me! Lots of debate over BOV's but personally not for me. My mapper rated the T61 good for 550-600 ponnies dude.
Ian C
CW says a bov wont improve turbo life . so imho that makes it fact It's the only thing I disagree with him on http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?264887-Do-we-bother-with-dump-valves-anymore&p=3338264&viewfull=1#post3338264
