SteveC
They don't normally require a different fuse. If neither light illuminates, then chances are that there is a wiring fault as opposed two having two faulty sides. You need to have the polarity correct or they won't light up. dan294
I had that when re-wiring my Hids. Managed to wire live and neutral the wrong way on one. Didn't blow a fuse either. I'd agree with Steve. Try swapping the wires over on them. How have you connected the HID wires to the original wiring?
AndrewOW
I had the same problem. You have to wire them up wrong to make them work. HTH.

Abz
Yep as above, if that does work then the unit is faulty. Do either of them not work? Also if the wires don't work the other way round, try switching the part where it connects to the car the other way round.

Nic
As said switching the polarity of the wires sometimes sorts the problem. If they still don't illuminate then it could be low voltage, the HID ballasts need a minimum voltage to fire up the bulbs, if the voltage is low then they'll either flicker or not light up at all, this is usually down to poor earth or a battery on the way out.
