Blackie
I have a harsh banging noise from the rear left quarter everytime I go over a bump. It sounds metalic and quite loud, sounds like it's possibley from the top of the rear quarter. Is there a common fault or any ideas what it might be? Bloke in the garage can't see any problems but can hear it

Swampy442
Easy to check mate, just have a look at the top mount. Youre best to get it off the ground and have a good look around all the suspension bits

Nic
There are a lot of things back there that it could be, you really need to get it on a ramp and thoroughly checked over, the first thing I'd check is that all the subframe and suspension arms bolts are properly torqued up. Someone mentioned that today, I recently had an LSD fitted so possibly could be not torked up right? Scooter
as it's only the one side you could switch the springs and shocks over and see if the noise follows?
