NA-T bits needed.

i work on the same principals as gixer, i did it for around the same price , running the same boost and its more than enough power for road use. im happy with it apart from when im causing problems with it. if you want to chase big number , then sell and buy a tt6, if you want your na to be faster (a lot faster by the way) na-t is good .

my opinions summary.

sub 400bhp low boost setup on a bugit na-t worth it

if you want more than 8/9 psi and bigger numbers get a tt.

id say no on stock injectors , it can be achived on stock h/g and bigger injectors but you will need water or meth injection to stop pre ignition but its a risky way of doing things and not reccomended. if you want 400 or more bhp get the lower comp tt engine.or add a 1.2/1.3mm decompression steel gasket to the ge motor.

I'm still running stock headgasket as only 6psi boost. I wouldn't consider using the standard injectors tho as they will be maxed out. I picked up some mkiii turbo ones off the mkiii forum for £40 delivered then had them ultra sonic cleaned and flow tested for around £9 per injector. Easy enough to make your own resister pack up too. It can be done on a budget and safely! The american NA-T forum is great but they don't know anythin about emanage blue.

more or less, although everyone assumes thicker is better... they couldnt be more wrong!

you speak to someone who actualy knows about the NA design and they will tell you the exact same thing..

There are alot more complications with going single turbo on an NA to consider than there are on TT especialy when wanted to push for big numbers.

If i were you hade id just take the TT lump :)

agreed but imho 350> na-t is quicker than tt, its a sharper responce of the high compression coupled with the short 5 speed makes a great sprinter and i nice drive wher as i found the throttle of the tt on stock twins was "damper" at the bottom end of the revs

Probly will be in all honesty but the minute you start throwing thicker HG's on you lose your high compression so the responce drops.

To thick a HG and you end up with lower CR numbers than a TT and the TTs is low enough as it is but IMO thats just a safety margine toyota went with for those idiots who run cheap fuel

it also has the aditional cooling jets for the pistons

when was the last time you actualy thought 'man i wish i had oil squirters' honestly. There nice to have but engines can service without

Cheap fuel ...... ha if only ...:D:p

 crap fuel then !

i havent but im sure if i was running 30psi and had it on a track for a thrashing they serve a purpose even if it is only a small one.

I have been wondering about Turbo kits from clubna-t.com as I have not heard anything of Dazzi from last few days. After adding everything up i should finish up in 2k. Na HG and stock injectors. Turbo should maxed up and I would hope for 320-350 bhp.

Turbo wont be maxed out at such low boost. Your injectors on the other hand will be or very close.

I dont recommend NA-T for people who dont fully understand how much difference there is between the 2 engines but if thats the road you take then good luck and hope all goes well
