Truth about Supra

As with many "independent" reviews, it is completely subjective. For what it's worth, I love the "cockpit" design - it feels completely selfishly driver oriented. I also don't know of a similarly priced and performing early 90s sports car without cheap plastics.

And as for brake fade on an aftermarket brake setup?

Of course, I will never make an attempt to hide my bias - but for simple facts, the small/medium single turbo Supra is everything the factory car *should* have been. Properly fettled with modified Bilsteins and with a little bit of weight reduction, these cars are track killers AND highway monsters. Never mind the Texas Mile record... on a 16 year old design.

Don't all or most cars, even these days, have plastic interiors? I know they ALWAYS mention it on Top Gear, apart form the top end BMWs, Mercs and other highly prices cars. What do you expect them to use? Anything more luxurious would put the price up... A lot!

I think this reviewer has based his whole view around a film he watched :D

I love the interior & so does every single passenger I've had in the car. They thinks it cool how the whole interior is wrapped around the driver, don't get many cars like that do you.

Agreed, it's one of the things that gets mentioned most when people see my car. how cool the interior design is and the wrap around dash.

I like the Supra in interior too, now that i've got rid of the horrible rubbery stuff. But then claiming the RX7 has a sexy inteior, how has he claim to this conclusion? I love the RX7 as well, but from the pics i've seen the interior looks just as plasticy, but more basic than a Supra.
