it was going to be converted to 4wd mate, not that bad of a job either, the 4g3 engine drops in on the same mounts the trans tunnel is the right size and position for the shaft, the only part thats a pain is the rear end, but then thats just cutting out the diff mount and floor of the evo and welding it into the colt. The front suspension off the evo fits straight onto the colt the rear needs a bit more work though, Was going to build a evo colt myself but then thought the supra would like the cash instead lol.

 

I know of two people who did that. One was done on an old old colt. And the other was done by Coltman, but it wasn't the easy job you describe.

 

Would Ralliart still build you an SR4X?

Ah you know coltman also, was just a quick thing to show a layout in how to do it, yes it is a bit more technical but writing out everything would have took way too long lol, I would have been receiving help of a friend who has built a evo 9 powered colt in somerset, his was an animal had the 9 front end the lot except that died a death on the track not to long ago as the hks belt stripped at 6000rpm and the engine was totaled.
