no he dosen` t,

mapped in jap land last, seeing as its only been here a few months

You essentially have 2 options.

1. Take it an FCon mapper, mentioned above and have the map set for your car on british fuel with a map you've got confidence in.

2. Keep running it as it is, not being happy with it or confident. Hoping it doesn't blow up. Or,

Option 1 will cost you money now.

Option 2 will cost you a lot of money later.

your correct (option 1)

but i need to find a local f con mapper

most f con mappers need 8 hours(they say there a slow ecu to map)

thats why i am considering a ecu as well ;)

Well, an ECU is going to cost you ~£1000 + fitting + mapping.

Remap would come in easily under half that?

Don't really understand your logic there to be honest.

different boost settings ...

in park 10.0

in drive(but not moving) 12.4

running at 1.0 bar

1500 12

2000 12

3000 12.4

4000 11.7

6000 10.9

7000 10.9

1.1 bar

1500 12.4

2000 12.4

3000 12.0

4000 10.9

5/6/7000 10.9

Does not surprise me to see a Japanese map running rich, both my R32 GTR and T04R were Jap maps and were chucking fuel in, it seems to be the way with some tuners over there, you need to get the map sorted before you raise the boost anymore
