Thought that id start a thread on Hdr images! Just started doing it and im liking it more and more!

You can do it by creating three separate exposure images from one RAW image file, but it doesn't look as good.

 

 

Come on then who's going to educate me .... whats Hdr photos .

I mean i can see the difference in the pics with light and reflections etc .

Are you guys using Photoshop for this or a program like Photomatrix?

 

Has anyone done it from one Raw image? And changing the exposure in photoshop? Would that work?

 

Some say using only one image and changing the exposure is cheating! Never tried it but ive read that you won´t get the same result! Using at least 3 images and Photomatix works great i think!

Ive been having a go of this today, some people getting very impressive results, any comments suggestions to make them better? I dont have a tripod at the minute, i just took 3 different images and used the free version of photomatix. The last is my favourite for how it worked out sorry its a bike
