I dunno why you're being so secretive. I dont think anyone really cares as much about the project as you guys

That is what I would have thought, but then what are people doing reading it then *grin*.....

There will be updates starting monday, when we begin moving all the bits into the workshop ready...

Okay, there has been a lot of work done recently and the car electronics are working...

Currently left to do

1. Exhaust pipework

2. Intercooler pipework

3. Reassemble the dash

However here are some of the pictures of the progress over the past 6 weeks

Alex... bit more than that actually...

The following was changed....

VVTi Engine

Tiptronic gearbox

LSD added

ABS added

VVTi Dash and steering column

Complete wiring loom

Single turbo added

emanage added

New suspension all round

NOS refitted to the VVTi with progressive controller

UK Brakes refitted to the VVTi

oh yeah and most of the engine parts were polished

So it wasn't as simple as just sticking a VVTi engine into it... (I sometimes wished it had been that simple)

"lets just say its never been done before and most people on here would not even dream of attempting it

no its not a twin engine

no its not 4 wheel drive

and no its never been done

and no you will not guess "

A single turbo'd VVTi, then... :) :p

Glad to see it's coming together though - you need to pump up your front right space saver lol :D
