Hekki Roy, I see it the other way. Extending the right to vote for newborns. Up till the age of ten the child has the right to have a vote cast the same way the mother has voted. From eleven the child can cast their own vote. It should also be possible to cast votes after you have died for any elections you have missed, in a will type statement which can be recorded online.
