    i fitted some twin standard horns of a vaxhual van !! (2x sets from scrap yard) they sound really LOUD and cost next to nowt! (plus its a deep note, not some sort of gay beep !)

    i put mine just after the turbo in the down pipe (about half a inch away), really didn't want it breaking up in one of the runners a eating my turbo

    just seen the pic, blank that hose off and eliminate it, may help, may not

    double and triple check you have not disturbed something, the gauges you have fitted should not cause these sypmtoms (even if you made a balls of it, they only give YOU info, not the car)

    not sure i understand your last post, exhaust side of engine, towards the firewall better from underneath, it looks like a bolt head, think its a 14mm not sue tho, it was a while ago i did mine

    the engine drain screw is not near the thermostat, towards the back of the engine, about 5-6 cylinder postion, about 10 " up from the bottom of the block

    what is stopping it from turning, have you tried it with out the bulb in

    have you tried some relase agent on the splines

    its in 2 pieces mate, the bit he is on about is the bit im on about !
